MINISTRY STATEMET:
Our mission is to convey the powerful message of salvation through Christ, presented in classic and modern 4-part harmony, and through a spoken message, in a dynamic worship experience."
Ozark Revival Quartet is passionate about the saving grace of Christ, our Lord, and Savior. We are compelled by scripture (Acts 1:8), and the Spirit to spread the good news of our Lord by using our own experience and gifting (1 Peter 4:10) to serve Him. We feel led to honor Him by using the talent He has given us to create a unique worship experience. We present the message of His saving grace through inspiring four-part harmony in traditional and modern gospel music. We also share God’s work in our lives through personal testimony and entertaining story. Our only goal is to glorify God by joyfully allowing Him to work through our music and message as we present His Gospel in a dynamic worship experience. Our hope is that our message can inspire us all to live out Romans 15:5-6

"May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ."

OUR TYPICAL SINGINGS:
There are three types of events we typically sing -

Our favorite is to do a Sunday morning service. We call it a "Sermon in Song". It is a great way to give your church staff a break for a week and let us take care of the entire service with song and testimony.

We also love to do other special church gatherings like homecomings or special celebrations.

And then we occasionally will do a good ol' Gospel Concert. We can do these ourselves, or with another Gospel group.

We typically do not charge to sing at an event, but prefer to take a love offering. To book ORQ see contact info at the bottom of any of our website pages.

I've always wanted to: Hit a hole in one.
My hero and why: The men that showed me who Christ was with their lives and their families. They were also my early mentors and answered a lot of questions that I had when I became a believer.
I grew up in Minnesota….not a lot of Gospel Music up there…… I met my wife Janet in MN and then we moved to Colorado for 13 years. While living in CO I had the opportunity to sing at Denver First Church of the Nazarene. This was a large church that used to host a number of different artists and that was the first time I ever heard a Southern Gospel Group (The Cathedrals). Shortly after hearing them I was approached by Legacy Quartet to sing Tenor. We traveled all over Colorado and Arizona and toured South Korea and Australia.
In 1998 we moved to NWA and attended Fellowship Bible Church. I remember telling the worship leader at the time that I was really interested in getting into another Southern Gospel group and that I probably wouldn’t get too involved at Fellowship. Couldn’t find a group until 19 years later with ORQ. Fortunately, I was able to get involved at Fellowship and left the vendor world and became a full-time worship leader for 5 years at Fellowship.
Since then I’m back in the vendor world helping clients around the country manage their business at Walmart. I have 2 children who are both married and living in Northwest Arkansas and 2 wonderful grandchildren that we get to spend a lot of time with.

My Hero: I've been fortunate to have had many role models that have shown me how to live out Jesus' teachings
My family was brought to Northwest Arkansas (by Walmart of course) in 2002, so I’d consider myself to be a local. After graduating with my business degree from Harding University, my wife and I moved back to NWA. I work for Procter & Gamble and my wife Ashlynn is a Nurse Practitioner at Arkansas Children’s NWA in Springdale. We attend Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers. The one thing that I have always loved to do is sing. I led worship in church growing up, sang in choirs from high school to present day, traveled the country (even went to Cuba) with my a cappella group in college, and have performed in many musical theater shows on many stages. Most recently I had the pleasure of playing the role of Seymour in Arkansas Public Theatre’s performance of Little Shop of Horrors, and I am a current member of the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SONA) Singers. I’ve listened to and enjoyed Southern Gospel music for most my life but have never had the opportunity to be in a Southern Gospel quartet until now. Thrilled to get the opportunity to sing with the Ozark Revival Quartet and use something I love as a ministry for sharing the gospel!

Your hero and why: cliche - but my dad,
because it was never about him, he was
always focused on others!
I grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and was always involved in music and sports.
I moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1990. So Arkansas is home now, even though I am a University of Kansas Jayhawk, which is where I earned my degree in music. I was heavily involved in musical theater and had considered a Broadway career, but quickly realized that I wanted a family more than a career in performance.
I have been married to my wife, Sandy, for 37 years. We have three grown children and three granddaughters. Sandy and I have been attending Fellowship Bible Church of NWA for 32 years and have been in small group leadership that whole time.
I helped develop and opened MarketPlace Grill in 1995. I have operated restaurants in Arkansas for 30 years. I love music, the outdoors, cooking, martial arts, and I am a general aviation pilot.
I enjoy using my gifts to serve the greater church, in music, leading small groups, and mission trips.

My hero and why: My parents worked as one, which I now realize was a RARE feat. They were the prefect combination!
I grew up listening to my Dad butcher many of Southern Gospel Music’s BEST songs, he could not carry a tune in a bucket! Little did I know that the seed was planted in me at an early age to be a bass singer in a quartet. And here I am!!
Away from Ozark Revival I have spent the last 30 years doing “radio”. Now, being on the air is fun….it’s hard to call it “work” but I have found a great passion in helping the many non-profits in the area as they strive to make positive differences in the lives of people here in the area.
My wife Tara and I attend New Heights Church when I am not singing.
I have one daughter and two small grandsons that I am in the process of spoiling!!
And I am owned by an English Bulldog named Lulu….she allows me to get out from time to time!!
